A holding company with interests in Banking, Construction and Real Estate is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To design and deploy IT processes, policies and procedures to achieve firm's goals.
• To develop IT strategy and new products through research and market analysis.
• Perform IT infrastructure management
• Negotiate and liaise with IT services vendors and consultants
• Administer email accounts (O365), maintain internal network, active directory, computer peripherals, servers and backups.
• Manage and coordinate general operations of the in-house IT support team.
• To deploy, implement and provide Sage 300 ERP application support and other ERP solutions in use by the organization.
• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
• Organizing general and specific in-house training on IT use at regular time intervals to keep the staff abreast of emerging technology as it affects their work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 7 years experience.
• Good negotiating skills and must have people skills.
