Lancaster University Ghana is seeking to fill the position of:
Job Title: Lecturer - Business
Job Location: Ghana
Job Summary:
Experienced teachers / instructors / lecturers required to teach at undergraduate and post graduate level.
Subjects include: Business Finance; Company Law; Economics; Management and Marketing.
Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations and workshops. This includes preparation, marking and face-to-face delivery.
Student counselling in connection with teaching and learning issues
Administrative tasks as required by the Academic Director or the Provost.
Participate in university's professional development initiatives and various committees.
Qualification and Requirements
- You are expected to have a minimum of an M.Phil. or a PhD
- At least 5 years teaching experience in a Western University or Ghanaian University. Practical experience is a bonus
- High level of written and oral English communication skills and computer literacy.
- A record of publication in peer reviewed journals or a record of research outputs is needed.
- Demonstrated high-quality teaching and evidence of continuing personal and professional development.
- Experience of working with diverse range of students’ backgrounds, nationalities, age groups and learning capabilities.
- Researched based Master's degree in Business with several years of practice in Ghana,
