A reputable Real Estate company is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Assistant

Location: Lagos / Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time and Start work: immediately

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

• Previously work in real estate and asset management or as an architect on site with at least 2 - 3 years experience.
• With a knowledge on 3D drawing.
• Solution oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
• Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• B.Arch qualification.
