1.) General Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of property with responsibility for leading all aspects of the Hotel operation, include sales/marketing, employee, guest satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and delivering a satisfactory return on investment to ownership.
Qualification
- 2 years degree or its equivalent from an accredited University in Business Mgt. Hotel/Catering, or related course.
- 8 years progressive post graduation Hotel experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounts or food and beverages, customer relations. Talent manager and trainer.
- 5 years as General Manager in not more than two (2) four Start Hotels in the last six (6) years.
2.) Operations Manager
Requirements
- Must be a graduate or its equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years cognate experience at senior level in a reputable Hotel.
- Must have drive for excellence, discipline and be pro-active
- A professional manager of human and material resources
