Job Description
- In this job, you will be located at the front desk and ultimately be the image of the company.
- You will attend to visitors and clients as politely as possible offering assistance and information as is required.
- Your duties include maintaining a neat and tidy reception area, recording contact details of all visitors, responding to general inquiries and providing administrative support as and when required.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and inter personal relationship skills as well as good writing skills, 2 years of experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in Human Resource management and Office management
