Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- In this job, you will assess customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
- You will identify global standards for call centers and ensure that the company adheres to them as well as monitor general performance.
- Other duties include: providing managerial support by preparing and analyzing quality reports for management review, record, analyze and distribute statistical information, support technical staff and work with operating staff to establish procedures and standards.
- An ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, strong written and verbal communication skills, technical skills, high initiative, problem solving skills and IT skills.
- 3-5 years' experience with a good degree with a good first degree or HND and relevant experience in Business studies or Business Management.
- This role is a target based role and applicants must be aware that agreed targets and deliverables must be accomplished each month.
