Diamond Technical Company Limited (DTCL) - Our client, a major player in the Oil and Gas sector, plans to acquire a 3D seismic survey to be used in exploration and development of offshore Oil/Gas producing facilities in Its license areas, requires the services of qualified, highly experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the vacant position of.
Job Title: Seismic Project Lead QC (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Location: Lagos
Position Purpose:
To “monitor and advise” on all aspects of the geophysical data acquisition program, field processing, data management and related matters.
General Qualification
- Must possess a minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in a scientific. maths, or engineering field relevant to the job requirements such as Geophysics, Geology, Civil/Electrical Engineering, Geodesy, Marine Science/ Biology/Oceanography etc. - as appropriate with at least 12 years of cognate experience.
Experience Required:
- Must have 12+ years’ experience managing and directing offshore geophysical surveys.
- At least eight (8) of those years should be on 3D multi-streamer seismic crews and 4D monitor surveys, preferably in West Africa, in moderate or deep water depths.
