Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Details
Digital marketing is to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services. A digital marketing professional is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. A typical digital marketing job description will cover all the above aspects, and more:

  • Identify trends and insights
  • Allocate marketing investments
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Manage key business accounts
  • Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist; minimun 2 years
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Must have experience building and managing business account
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
