Job Description
- Achieve profitable volume/market share target for the territory by driving sales to wholesalers and ensuring sales out of the wholesalers.
- Building profitable relationships with key wholesalers and ensuring key wholesalers carry company's target portfolio within the territory.
- Manages recommended price compliance in wholesalers 'outlets in the territory.
- Build value adding business relationship with wholesalers organisation to deliver sustainable business growth
- Ensures generated orders are fully delivered by distributors.
- Works with appropriate authorities to ensure wholesale loyalty scheme is well run.
- Ensures regular monthly full business reviews with all wholesalers.
- Ensures prompt reporting of any competitive activity.
- Ensures monthly updating of wholesaler data.
- Works with regional sales manager and HR to develop capability of wholesalers.
- Ensure effective customer/ business development to counter competitive activities in the territory
Requirements
- Graduate calibre with minimum of 5 years year commercial expertise gained across Sales / Consumer Marketing or Sales Management with a good track record of performance. Previous experience in a direct customer facing role is valuable.
- Good commercial understanding, profit & loss literacy, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy and previous experience of financial/data are important.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills
- Healthy and physically fit.
- Experienced driver with valid license
