Job Title: Legal Consultant

Job Summary
- We are looking to work with a smart legal practitioner who will be responsible for the legal and administrative framework of the company by monitoring and advising on all legal matters, contracts and agreements.
- The Consultant shall ensure the company complies with the corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the tech-industry.
Job Description
- Ensure that client relationships are effectively managed.
- Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
- Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
- Review existing legal agreements, contracts and documents for the company.
- Prepare legal documents for our employees/partners and contract of sales for clients.
Job Specifications
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to details.
- Excellent research skills and ability to prepare high-quality briefs.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in law (Essential).
- Member of the Nigerian Bar Association with 0-2 years post call experience.

- This role is ideal for anyone who can work remotely from within Lagos or Ogun State.
