Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Roles & Responsibilities
- Effectively managing multiple project(s) deliverables and teams
- Collaborating team members to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Liaising with clients and partners on behalf of the client centers and the company
- Effective reporting capabilities – Written and Oral
- Must have accounting skills for development of Billing and reconciliation services
- Experienced project management and coordinating capabilities
- Highly dependable, responsible, accountable and meticulous with all aspects of delivery.
- Must be a fast learner and highly adaptable to a fast changing environment.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should possess Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years work experience
Competency & Skills Requirements:
- Excellent leadership Skills
- Proven experience in effectively managing a project from start to finish.
- Analytical skills with critical thinking ability
- Ability to work as part of a team - Team Leadership capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be very assertive in being able to lead a project
- Strong problem-solving capacity
- Must be have a financial / accounting background
- Must understand the company product and services.
