Job Title: Productions Manager (Furniture Manufacturing)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective day-to-day operations of company overall production operations
- Establish the performance and production standards for the company, all divisions, all operations and all personnel
- Verify all products are manufactured to correct standard and specification and meet the highest quality standards
- Ensure effective equipment operation, maintenance, evaluation and acquisition; as well as inventory management
- Delegate responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of operations
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in the furniture industry.
- Concern for Order & Quality
- Knowledge of Quality Management
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and new trends and techniques in the furniture industry
- Ability to manage and coordinate furniture production in the most efficient manner
- Ability to coordinate production staffs to deliver quality products that can compete with international standards
