Job Title: Angular Developer
Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
- Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
- Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems.
- Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.
- Conducts planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks.
- May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.
- Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Applications with the latest Front-End Technologies
- Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
- Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Make design and technical decisions for Angular projects.
- Develop application code and unit test in the AngularJS, Rest Web Services and Java technologies for the Application Development Center.
- Ensuring high performance
Job Requirements
Preferred applicants will possess the following skills, education and experience:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of Angular Experience
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Proficient in HTML5 / CSS3
- Strong understanding of UI / UX design principles
- Application design, development, deployment, and support experience
- Web Service development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented software design, microservice-based architectures, and containerization
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated to learn and stay current on new and emerging relevant technologies
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
