We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, and answering calls
• Interacts with clients andvisitors
• Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
• Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
• Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
• Assists with organising events when necessary
• Setting up new client accounts
• Oversees thereception area
• Performs additional duties when required.

Requirements

• You must be computer literate
• You must be an SSCE holder
• You must be living either around Ogba, Agege or Ojodu area.
• Female preferably.
