Job Position: Private Lawyer
Location: Lagos, Mainland
Responsibilities
- Advising the company on business transaction
- Interpreting laws,rulings and regulations for the company
- Preparation of legal documents like deeds,patent applications,mortgage,leases and contract.
- Negotiate settlements of civil disputes
- Perform administrative and management functions to the practice of law.
- Making decision and solving problem
- Provide consultation and advise to other
- Interpreting the meaning of unformation to others
Requirement
- Must possess knowledge of law and government policies and regulations
- Ability to apply general rule to specific problems
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing
- Must possess strong negotiation skills
- Must possess problem solving skills
- Must possess advising and decision making skills.
- Minimum of Bsc with at least two years experience
Remuneration
Salary Range:100,000-150,000
