Job Description:
In this job, you will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, administrative policies, and programs as well as handle logistics and administrative activities within the office.
Other duties include:
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures, recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates and supervising all other administrative staff.
- The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dynamic, have excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills and will have 3-5 years’ working experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in Human Resource management and Office management
