Job Title: Team Lead, HR & Corporate Services

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions in the organization and sustain continuous improvement of the HR Team.

Responsibilities

• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, investigating wrongdoing, and terminations
• Maintaincompliance with Federal and State employment laws and recommend best practice
• Ensure continuous improvement of HR Systems and Policies in line with best practice and ensure compliance
• Work with the Leadership team to ensure that compensation framework is reviewed and benchmarked to ensure attraction, motivation and retention of employees
• Focus on talent development, including regular processes of performance appraisal, goal setting, and professional development to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to fulfill career potential
• Oversee administrative functions in the office.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
• M.Sc or Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
