Job Description

• We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Officer to help drive software learning, and ensure smooth execution of the model. This is an executive role.
• In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn software engineering and grow, identify and assess future and current training needs, as well as develop an overall training and development plan.
• Excellent technical and communication skills are essentials. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you.
• Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing aspiring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the entire learning model, and also serve as an instructor.
• Develop and manage curriculum and content, in association with instructors and industry leaders.
• Manage team leads and other instructors.
• Ensure learning and development success, and student satisfaction and retention.
• Develop training best practice guides.
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning

Skill Requirements
You are a good fit for this position if you:

• BS degree in computer science education, or relevant field is a plus.
• 3 Years work experience.
• Posses superb coding and analytical skills.
• Have very good Javascript background.
• Experience as an L&D lead, or similar.
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Are passionate about mentoring and developing people.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
• Entrepreneurial and passionate about transforming small businesses into unicorns.
