We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Builder

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Building (Master’s Degree an added advantage).

Experience:

• 10 years Cognate and Hands-on Experience in Construction.

Requirements:

• Registration with NIOB or CORBON is mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of Construction and Supervision
• Proficiency in the use of Relevant Software and Project Management Software.

Skills:

• Analytical and the ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them
• Communication skills, client service and solving complex business issues
• Can handle an intense team atmosphere while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of innovative solutions
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Clear ability to stay calm under pressure, keep to deadlines and still make good decisions
• Good co-ordination skills and Attention to detail.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
