1.) Drivers:
Must possess the current drivers license Must be knowledge in Lagos road networks.
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

2.) Plumbers:
A good knowledge of copper and PP.R fittings is an added advantage
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

3.) Experienced Cooks:
Proficient in local and continental dishes with good hotel and catering qualification
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

4.) Refrigerator and A/C Technicians:
A good knowledge of chillers, cold room, package & central air conditioners
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

5.) Electricians:
Knowledge in electronic doors, phones and other electrical equipment
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

6.) Generator Attendants:
Experienced in Perkins generators of various capacities from 300kva, 350kva, and 650kva
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

7.) Carpenters:
A good knowledge in upholstery and bedroom cabinets
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

8.) Painters:
Efficient in internal and external paint work
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.

9.) Kitchen Assistance:
aged between 28 - 35yrs and possess 5 years
post graduate experience.
