Job Title: Data Center Facility Implementation Expert
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for risk analysis and tracing for important delivery project.
- Responsible for optimizing process of delivery.
- Assist to construct and enhance DC facility delivery capability.
- Responsible for data center facilities project implementation, including project scheduling, project management, technical advice etc.
- Provide delivery technical support for global data center project.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree.
- In-depth knowledge of the data center facilities, including power supply system, HVAC system, Low Voltage system, decoration system, fire suppression & detection system, etc.
- Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI, LEED, IEEE and NFPA as well as vendors and technologies as they relate to the data center facilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, Visio, etc.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and must have strong English and presentation skills.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in data center delivery fields, and undertake large-scale data center delivery preferred.
- With Accredited Tier Specialist preferred.
General Requirements
- Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering or relevant Degree as applicable.
- Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently.
- Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint).
- Applicants should be open to learning new skills and technology.
- Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
- Must be ready for international project to the other African countries.
