We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laundry Attendant

Location: Osogbo, Osun
Reports to: Laundry Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage and Provide Efficient, Prompt, Trouble-free, Courteous and quality Laundry Service
• Responsible for picking up and delivery of in-house guest laundry.
• Must be responsible for collection of laundry and dry-cleaning bags from guest rooms and ensure that guest name, room number and laundry pieces are listed.
• Must count and verify all items collected as per laundry price lists/laundry sheet signed by guest and note down any discrepancy or damages on the same sheet.
• Must ensure linen and uniforms are properly stored and recorded.
• Must ensure that all uniforms are ready for special events as well as for seasonal events.
• Must ensure adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Must ensure proper loading and unloading of dryers, and also setting proper temperature for different items that require drying.
• Must check all items for damage or stains and take appropriate action to rectify these issues.
• Must report immediately to the laundry supervisor in case any valuable items like cash, jewelry, credit cards etc. found in guests cloth pockets.
• To issue uniform to all employees and maintain uniform records.
• Must report any technical problems or deficiencies to laundry supervisor or maintenance team.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE, OND, HND and B.Sc and must have worked in a similar position.
• 2 - 10 years Experience.
