Morgan Smart Development Foundation (MSDF) is a Non-Governmental Organization that aims at fostering Sustainable Socio-economic Development of the Rural and Urban Poor Women and Youths in Nigeria with particular focus in the Niger Delta region.

Job Title: Senior Programs Officer Gender, Institutional Building and Fund Raising
Location: Warri
Job Description
- The Gender Officer will be responsible for gender mainstreaming in the organizations programs and projects as well as co-ordinating all institutional capacity building programmes and developing strategy for recruiting major donors to the foundation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or Development Studies or any other related discipline is required.
- 3-5 Years experience working in an NGO will be strongly desirable.
- Demonstrable oral and written communication skills is essential.
- Demonstrable IT skills is desirable.
