Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Project manager is responsible for planning, Overseeing and Leading projects from ideation to completion.
• The senior role is required to interact with range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously and we are recruiting to fill this position
• Leading Project planning sessions, Coordinating staff and labourers and internal resources, Managing the on going project progrss and adapt work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentations,Design risk mitigation plan .
• Conducting projects review and creating detailed reports for executive staff, optimizing and improving processes and overall approach where necessary.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for a flawless execution of projects
• Ensure project is within budget and developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Job Requirements

• First degree in Engineering, Architecture or any other related field
• Advanced Certificate in project Management
• proven working experience as a project manager especially a Multi million naira building projects
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands on experience in Building
• Excellent client facing,internal communication skill and written skill
• Solid Organisational skills including attention to detail and multi - tasking skills
• Strong working knowlege of microsoft office
