Job Title: Chef - Production Supervisor

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience as a chef and/or production supervisor in the hospitality industry
• Minimum of OND qualification
• In-depth knowledge of preparation of continental meals (as well as national meals)
• In-depth knowledge of standard food production methods and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of working with food materials measurements and portions
• Good knowledge on co-ordination of food production process and staff
• Knowledge of use of excel is an advantage.

Proposed Salary
N100,000 monthly.
