Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship Management: Cultivate and develop relationships with high spenders and manage the relationship with that customer for repeat business. .
• Work strategically to develop and create content for social media – Videos, pictures, slides, graphics to enhance online sales growth
• Use social media platforms to communicate with customers and display products on any digital platform.
• Manage Participation of Savvie in Sales Exhibitions to include set up, sales and break down
• Support, groom, and coach sales staff to ensure they deliver on sales targets and customer service.
• Support Business for sales staff development, performance and accountability
• Coordinate and drive entire sales effort.

Job Requirement and Qualifications

• B.Sc in Management, Business or Social Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in fashion retail, beauty business or event planning. .
• Use of Excel, Powerpoint and Ms Word also well versed in social media applications
• Must be able to figure out how to use customer database software
• Very good communication skills, Strong Selling Skills - ability to cross sell and upsell to customers.
• Must have an interest in retail and creating customer experience.

Salary

• N60,000 - N75,000 monthly plus other benefits.
