We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Opebi, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a competent person to manage our front desk and perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as receiving clients and visitors, and handling enquires and requests.
  • A positive, pleasant personality is a must as this position will require good telephone and face to face communication with guests and internal team.
  • This is a full-time role within our office located in Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and directing all visitors
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing of incoming mails
  • A variety of administrative and clerical tasks, as necessary
  • Check on status and notify customers when their jobs are ready or of any delays.
  • Keep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
