Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Job Responsibilities
- To deliver training lessons according to the modules
- To carry out on side training in line training schedule for the Academy
- Work hand in hand with the Recruitment Officer for effective Guards recruitment, induction and orientation sessions.
- Coordinates the documentation and deployment of Guards appropriately
- Carry out Vetting and Backing checking of all trained guards
- Maintain the records of Guards Recruited, Trained, Deployed and AWOL
- Assist the Training Manager with the development of strategic training plans
- Any other duty as May be assigned by the Training Manager
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years work experience.
