Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Scope
- Assist with the preparation of the performance review, annual leave, medical forms etc.
Responsibilities
- Update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and paperwork process
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Prepare new employee files with all necessary documentations
- Assist in various research projects and special projects
- Make photocopies, File documents into appropriate employee files and performs other assigned duties
- Provides administrate support to the Assistant Human Resources Manager on all personnel matters.
Qualifications
- Candidates should posses a minimum of university degree in Sociology, Psychology, Industrial and Labour Relation, Business Administration from a reputable university and must be a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
- Applicants should not be more than 35 years old.
