Job Description
- Ensures achievement of sales drivers for Area.
- Works with regional sales manager and HR to build personal sales capability.
- Ensures retail distribution scheme is deployed to gain full return on company's investment.
- Manages recommended price compliance in retail outlets.
- Ensures promotional activity is in the right outlets and well managed.
- Ensure effective customer/business development to counter competitive activities in the retail territory.
Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 3 years commercial expertise gained across Sales/Consumer Marketing or Sales Management.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Good IT skills.
- High degree of integrity.
- Good inter personal skills.
- Geographically mobile.
- Healthy and physically fit.
- Experienced driver with valid license.
