Description • Update and review of approved changes to work schedule for distribution to relevant construction workforce members
• Detailed oversight of planning and design activities, particularly as regards reduction of time slippage and adherence to budgets and timetables
• Escalation of issues to the Project Managers in respect of early detection and resolution of non-critical issues before budgets or timetables are affected
• Managing the construction process on site ensuring that the work in progress complies with the approved drawings.
• Planning and programming by drawing up a schedule, taking into consideration specific factors and ensuring it is implemented accordingly.
• Budgeting and costing.
• Ensuring that the standards and quality meets expectations set out in the contract
• Efficiently supervise
• Fast track the project by coordinating works on site with the various consultants.
• Ensure optimal use of available resources.
• Project administration to compile Documentation, Project reports, project plans, Ensure a full set of reports are available.
Additional Information • 1st degree in Architecture/Real Estate Management/Engineering or any other related discipline
• 5 years cognate work experience in relevant functional areas in a real estate company
• Ability to work with less supervision
• Good problem solving and acquiring new skills and ideas
• Ability to work under pressure
