Job Position: Bakery Assistant

Department: Quality Control
The Job
- Assist in baking and comparing the performance of on-line and finished flour products
- Carry out general housekeeping and cleaning of utensils and machines
- Sample collection for baking from mills and packers
The Person
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Works well with others and has customer-service orientation
Qualification
- 5 O’ level credits in Sciences
- OND in any discipline, added advantage
Experience
- Minimum one year experience
- Knowledge of laboratory environment is an added advantage
