Job Title: Clerical Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to clients enquiry and process them by redirecting same to appropriate authorized personel
- Answer phone calls and follow up calls on appointments and deliveries.
- Maintaining and updating company records.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Running errand for CEO, supervise menial workers and reponsible for a clean office environment.
- Dispatch responsibility, file management and any other assignment management
- require of him.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess OND qualification with 2-6 years work experience
Salary
N30,000 - N35,000 / Month.
