- Good understanding of and ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Considerable Site Supervision experience
- Ability to manage artisans effectively
- Operational cost control skills
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Experience in developing real estate business proposals
- General Management skills
Qualification
Minimum of HND holder and above
Location
Applicant must be resident within V/Island and Ikoyi Axis.
