Job Description
An Energetic, ambitious, enthusiastic and seasoned Human Resources/Recruitment Professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in the industry is needed as a Asst.Managing Partner of the HR]Recruitment Subsidiary in a reputably Diversified Conglomerate in Nigeria. Candidate should:
- Be able to develop an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, management and leadership.
- Have an excellent technical HR skills
- Possess project management depth.
- Be experienced in daily time planning.
- Have a business to business sales background.
- Be able to produce mail shots and marketing literature to develop business areas.
- Be experience in social media sourcing.
- Possess other relevant FIR. Skills
Qualification:
The right applicant must possess at least a minimum of Bachelor Degree or its equivalent. Masters or other relevant professional qualifications and professional body affiliations may be an added advantage.
