Our Specialty includes Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nav Functional Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Details

• The Functional Consultant’s primary responsibility is to perform consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) clients. A Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft’s NAV ERP solutions. As part of our Professional Services team, you would be involved in many projects spanning both the existing client base as well as new business implementations.

Job Description

• Organize and execute Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects on behalf of clients according to requirements
• Perform high quality business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Liaising with developers and clients - act as a point of communication
• Train users on new process and Dynamics NAV functionality.
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
• Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage
• 3+ years’ experience functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navision required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
• Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
• Microsoft SQL Server understanding
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision.
