Description • Clients/Customer Service Relationship Management – Tenants, Business Clients etc for Commercial properties
• Overseeing the Canteen/Catering Service/Hygiene for identified properties
• Supervision of Front Desks, Dispatch Clerks, Office Assistants for all locations in the Northern Zone
• Supervision of Janitorial and landscaping activities
• Manage CVL Corporate branding in identified properties
• Manage CVL publicity/marketing when required for identified property
• Supervise the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) at all Northern Zone Locations.
• Carry-out daily inspections and maintenance of plant and equipment in all locations under Northern Zone.
• Responsible for organizing and planning the routine maintenance for all equipment, plant and system.
Additional Information • Bachelors Degree in Estate Management
• 2-3 yrs working Experience from a reputable Estate/Facility Management organisation.
• Experience of working in a Group company would be an added advantage.
