Dragnet Solutions - Our client is a leading 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider of Shipment, Clearing & Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage and Procurement Services to blue-chip firms in the country.

The firm is currently looking for a smart, hardworking and result-oriented individual to fill the position of a Marketing Manager.

Job Title: Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
  • Establishes marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Implements marketing programs by developing marketing team action plans
  • Completes marketing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
  • Maintains marketing team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of company procedures and services
  • Contributes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Educational Qualifications
  • A graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age
  • Applicant should possess 5 – 8 years working experience
  • Strategic selling is an added advantage
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
