Job Title: Chief Regional Manager / Legal Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Oyo, Nassarawa, Ondo, Ogun, Osun and Niger
Job type: Full Time
Level: Management

Qualification

• Candidate should possess LL.B / LL.M
• Minimum of 5 years post call to bar experience
• Applicant must be a Lawyer by profession.
• Great administrative skills is an added advantage

Knowledge Skills:

• Proven track record of working on commercial real estate including Landlord and Tenant, Agreements, Acquisition, Disposals Development.
• Experience in working within a legislative framework directly applicable to the area of work.
• Knowledge of title documents and documentation processes.
• Strong influencing skills.
