Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Nassarawa and Niger

Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Civil or Structural Engineering / Architecture / Building Technology
- CORBON / COREN / ARCON certified or relevant professional certifications
- Project Management Certification - PMP
Knowledge / Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in Construction industry or multinational companies
- Up to 5 years managerial experience
- Real Estate construction expertise and commercial awareness
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Exhibit a strong knowledge at project management
- Strong business acumen in project planning and construction works
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to lead project teams to success
- Proficient in the use of Construction related Software (AutoCad-3D) etc.
