Job Title: Service Manager (2 / 3 Wheeler)

Job Description
- Responsible for 2 / 3 Wheeler Service operations.
- Directly handling customer concerns and service issues.
- Advice the customers on service and fill job charts.
- Plan and Schedule daily and weekly activities for the field technicians
- Leading the Team of Service Dept.
- Work in accordance with approved SLA requirements to sustain high levels of data consistency, timeliness, maintaining up - to - date and complete databases.
- Ensure the Customer satisfaction and other feedback analysis mythology.
- Responsibly for Warranty Parts Analysis and their Countermeasure.
- Resolve Service Related Issues at the Dealer end.
- Ensure Service setup requirement at Dealership.
- Visit dealerships and manufacturers to perform physical checks.
Requirements
- B.Engr., Mech / Elect. Or Diploma in Mech / Elect.
- Working Knowledge of automobile Industry with 5-10 years experience ( Preferred 2 / 3 wheelers ).
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English.
- Experience gained within a client focused specialist environment.
- The ability to work towards tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with MS packages (Excel in particular).
