We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Abuja

Requirements
Candidates should possess:

• Minimum of secondary school Certificate (SSCE)
• Minimum of Four (4) Years experience in the hospitality Industry
• Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures

Experience

• Preparation of a variety of local and intercontinental meals
• Ability to measure ingredients appropriately
• Check the quantity and quality of received products
• Maintain a sterile kitchen
• Maintain adequate documentation of food preparation and storage records
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that quality standards are met
