Skill Set
- A start-up Health-Maintenance Organization with emphatic focus on provision of effective access to medical care rather than the commercial considerations of medical insurance is looking to recruit goal driven, strategic people.
Qualification/Experience
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Medicine or related field.
- Post graduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing or related fields.
- Certification in or Professional membership of Health Management or related bodies.
- Excellent knowledge of Statistical/Epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epiinfo.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Minimum 12 years post-NYSC experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in senior management position.
- Attendance of related courses, workshops and seminars.
Skills
- Excellent Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
- Excellent knowledge of processes within the HMO Industry.
- Ability to set up Organizational structures from the scratch.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies and implement plans.
- Proven track record of achievements within a challenging environment.
- A dynamic and Charismatic personality to innovate and inspire teams.
