Job Title: Client Relations Manager
Location: Dopemu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the attainment of the company’s Income targets
- Manage day-to-day relationships with leads and develop a deep understanding of their needs
- Prepare and make effective service presentations to leads
- Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports and presentations that will win the company contracts in ongoing and upcoming projects
- Support in the bidding process and ensure that most bids are won
- Interface with industry regulators relevant to business development and provide regular business development reports
- Demonstrate consistent business development with target-driven achievements
- Any other business development functions as may be directed by the management
Specifications
- B.Sc / BA in business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Client Relations Officer in the engineering services sector
- Proven record of accomplishment in business development activities
- Strong presentation, communication skills with a good understanding of the business-to-business environment and excellent business acumen
- A good ear-to-the-ground knowledge of upcoming and ongoing projects relative to the company’s business focus
- Any professional certification in CRM is desirable
- Excellent organization skills to meet goals and set priorities.
Salary
This position comes with a two-pronged emolument:
- Monthly salary
- Negotiated commission on won prospects.
