Job Description
Operation Manger is responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy. Responsibilities are:

• Ensures that Starbet’s has a smooth-running daily operation in a cost-effective way.
• Identify and develop strategic business models relevant to grow revenues.
• Responsible for overall direction, co-ordination and evaluation of teams within its reporting line.
• Develop strategic and operational performance goals and objectives in order to achieve customers promise expectations.
• Develop and implement innovations to grow online presence and market.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Develop key product positioning attributes that will translate to sales, share innovative go-to-market ideas with market development team.
• Manage payout process end to end for online customers.
• Carrying out managerial and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Starbet’s procedures and policies while ensuring the organization is legally compliant.
• Perform quality controls and ensure that customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met and adhered to by the customer experience team.
• Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues & effectively delegate workload across the leadership team.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
