Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited - There were biscuits everywhere at affordable prices but one couldn’t say the same for quality cookies. The need to fill this gap birthed the first batch of Fun Cookies in 2010 from a small home kitchen somewhere in Lagos with less than N1,000 selling to our immediate community. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Activation / Outlet Recruitment Officer

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the open market, to support in the achievement of the organisation’s sales and marketing goals and profitability.
• Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness, acquiring new retail outlets and increasing sales and profits.
• Prepare and develop action plans for existing markets, and penetrating new ones.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to marketing manager regarding all Fastizer’s product market visibility and sales performance.
• Maintain customer relationships to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.
• Responsible for recruiting managing canvassers for optimum activation performance
• Manage and regularly update retailers’ database.

Requirements

• Applicant MUST be able to drive and possess a valid drivers license
• Applicant MUST reside in Lagos
• Minimum of 1-2years work experience

Salary
NGN70,000 / Month.
