Job Description
- To act "in loco parentis" for the girls and to provide all boarders with the best possible experience of a boarding education by ensuring a challenging and supportive environment: a home from home for boarders
- To ensure the safety, good discipline and pastoral well being of all boarders
- To teach a reduced timetable or play a similar key whole-school role
- To manage effectively and efficiently the staffing, organisation and resources of the Boarding House
- To oversee Health and Safety standards and requirements within the
- Boarding House
Requirements
- First degree and/or teaching degree
- At least five years teaching experience
- Evidence of further professional study e.g. Masters
- Professional association with a recognized body is an added advantage
- IGCSE certificate would be a plus.
