Job Summary / Role Description

• He cooperates with the Site Manager and the Construction Manager in verifying the feasibility of the construction schedule on the ground of the actual availability at Site of technical documentation and materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To identify the project requisitions;
• To prepare the Construction Execution Plan (construction sequences, logistics, planning, scheduling, controlling, monitoring and  construction supervision activities);
• To prepare Constructability studies;
• To prepare construction technical evaluations.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years working experience in the relevant field.

Experience:

• Effective Project and contract delivery skills;
• Ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and use result to improve performance.

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts), negotiation / customer relation skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
