Job Title: Senior Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description
We seek to engage the services of:

• Senior Analyst (NEX-SA-002) who will be responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling, and delivery of solutions on behalf of the company to meet clients’ expectations.

The role will include:

• Developing proof-of-concept, business plans, and financial models
• Evaluating existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement where necessary
• Managing and mentoring the team of Analysts assigned to projects
• Guiding research and analysis
• Ensuring execution of assigned projects within the specified time, scope, and budget
• Managing existing clients and building relationships with new clients

Qualifications & Experience

• A First Degree from a recognized university
• Postgraduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc, etc.) will be an added advantage
• Project management certification will be a plus
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience in management consulting is compulsory
• Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to develop deep client network and relationships
• Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities.

• Good listener and communicator, with sensitivity to cultural communication skills
