We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The sales associate duties include interacting with customers, answering customers enquiries, offering information about products, answering questions from customers about products and recommend the righ solutions.
• The sales associate will also assist inthe implementation of the established brand and product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries on all agreed communication platforms and attend to customers in-store.
• Follow up on orders placed, to ensure that they have been fulfilled- picked up by, or shipped to customers.
• Update orders to reflect customer requests.
• Keep records of and give feedback on customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Support the overall Marketing & Sales team in content creation.
• Meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or relevant field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and brand management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Creative.
